Taylor Thomson, MBA is a finance and revenue operations leader known for transforming complex data into clear strategy and building systems that help organizations scale with confidence. As Head of Finance at WITHIN, he oversees financial forecasting, P&L management, and the operational infrastructure that supports one of the industry's most innovative performance branding agencies.
Taylor brings a rare balance of analytical depth and cross-functional leadership. His work has supported WITHIN’s major growth milestones, including expanded enterprise partnerships and award-winning brand performance for clients such as Foot Locker, Ben & Jerry’s, and The North Face. He has played a central role in modernizing the company’s financial architecture—integrating predictive modeling, advancing revenue strategy, and leading initiatives with data science and IT to build AI-powered internal tools.
Before stepping into executive leadership, Taylor spent nearly a decade in roles across finance, business development, customer insights, and economic research. His background includes strategic revenue operations, enterprise sales, investment research, and financial consulting for global organizations. He has been featured on the Growth Marketing Camp podcast and has contributed insights at industry events including Shoptalk 2024.
Taylor earned his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, where he focused on finance, data analytics, and strategy and graduated with First Year Academic Achievement honors. He holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science, Economics, and Spanish from Davidson College.
